The Company was originally incorporated in June, 2000 in the name of “Smart Constructions Pvt Ltd”, under the Companies Act, 1956. Subsequently, the name was changed to Sivanssh Infrastructure Development Pvt. Ltd. (SIDPL) on 1st January, 2009. SIDPL is a national construction company specializing in general contracting and construction management. Throughout our history, we have provided varied range of construction solutions to our clients and have ensured delivery of quality work and timely completion.

We are a commercial construction management firm with a mission to deliver on our promises under the able leadership of Mr. SRK Reddy, a highly qualified Civil Engineer having long and rich technical / administrative experience in the construction field, involving construction of Industrial, Institutional, Commercial, Residential projects of high magnitude. The other Director, Mr. S Adinarayana, being a Chartered Accountant is an expert in Financial Management and Administration. For over 20 years, through collaboration and in-house expertise, we have helped our clients through the construction process to turn their vision into reality. We operate as a family with a commitment to construct buildings that are measured on quality and value.

Board of Directors
Mr. SRK Reddy is the Chairman and Managing Director of M/S Sivanssh Infrastructure Development Pvt Ltd. He has held senior positions in Public Sector Construction Companies and has worked as Founder Director in Winner Construction (P) Ltd. Mr. Reddy has an experience of over 40 years in the field of construction which includes execution of various high magnitude housing, commercial and industrial projects. Mr. Reddy holds a First-Class B. Tech (Civil) Degree from Sri Venkateshwara University College of Engineering in the year 1979. He held second position in the University. He also holds a Diploma in Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
Mr. Adinarayana is Graduate in Science from Andhra University and did his Chartered Accountancy in the year 1978 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi. He also worked with Public Sector Companies for about 10 years and held senior positions. For the last 32 years, he is in the capacity of Advisor to many private companies in the field of Financial Management and Taxation.
